| STEP 1 |
Floor Preparation - Acid Etching |
| |

 |
Pour 1 gallon of acid into 3 gallons of water |
Spread over floor with watering can |
use brush attachment or broom |

 |
 |
scrub or broom acid into floor |
rinse with water |
Vacuum up water |

| STEP 2 |
Applying first broadcast coat |
| |

 |
| pour epoxy on floor |
spread epoxy with squeege |
roll out squeege lines |
| |
 |
 |
 |
| broadcast sand leaving wet edge |
squeege along wet edge |
roll overlapping wet edge |
| |
| STEP 3 |
Applying second broadcast coat |
| |
 |
 |
 |
| sweep off excess sand |
squeege out puddles of epoxy |
roll over newly spread epoxy |
| |
 |
 |
 |
| broadcast sand leaving wet edge |
squeege epoxy along wet edge |
overlap with roller |
| |
| STEP 4 |
Applying colored top coat |
| |
 |
 |
 |
| sweep off excess sand |
pour liquid in long puddles |
spread with squeege |
| |
 |
 |
 |
| cut edges with a brush |
roll overlapping each pass |
continue overlap with roller |
| |

| |
| Please note that each step represents one day. This allows for a minimum of 12 hours for curing of the epoxy. |
